Purvis Hooper Funny

I invited Purvis Hooper to do the PublicLog today and people seemed to have mixed reactions.
were they scared? Nobody said anything afterwards to me. Like That was scary or funny or damn that was weird. Was I somebody else for awhile and it scared them? Was I too self indulgent? Did I take up too much time? I didn't get a "good job" or "you suck" it was just indifference. I hope I didn't offend or gross people out. or maybe I hope I did. I had fun. But I got a weird response from the group.

Too Much Writing

I have read and re read all responses in journals to articles and demos and quickwrites, plus i have created the public log, plus I have caught up on all my own writing for my over-bearing response group. My wife has also been busy, so with all that said my hand hurts. I also had a great time at Common Grounds, Lotta laughter and inappropriate touching, maybe thats why my hand hurts, I thought it was the writing and snake handling. Can't wait for Monday. How can we top last week? It is a wonderful thing to be around a bunch of serious teachers who are all sharing ideas on how to better reach our students. Love ya Mike
